The Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas incorporated in 1993 the flamenco dance modality, awarding the trophy "Desplante". In 2018, the dancer and choreographer Blanca del Rey, promoted the creation of two awards for this category, due to the differences in the interpretation, being awarded since then the trophies "Desplante Femenino" and "Desplante Masculino". In this Flamenco Dance Special, we can enjoy some of the best performances of the last editions.
