HOW TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Look for the "ACCESS" icon - the silhouette at the top menu- .
Click on the second tab, "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT." Fill the information requested and choose a safe password. Remember that next time you access My Opera Player, you will have to use the same one.
Mark the box of "ACCEPT PRIVACY CONDITIONS." You can consult the privacy conditions here.
Click on "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT."
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT
Look for the "ACCESS" icon - the silhouette at the top menu.
At the form, write your email on "USERNAME” and the password you registered with.
Click on "LOG IN."
Now you can visit the "VIDEO LIBRARY" at the top menu or buy your pack, if you don’t have it yet.
HOW TO BUY YOUR TICKET OR SUBSCRIPTION
Once you registered and accessed your account following the previous processes, click on "SUBSCRIBE" at the top menu, to start the buying process.
If you are not registered yet and wish to buy a ticket or subscription, you can do both things directly at the button "SUBSCRIBE".
1. Visit the "SUBSCRIBE" section, on the top right side.
2. If you have a voucher or code, either from your Smart TV or a promotional one, enter it in the corresponding box and click "APPLY".
3. Select the product you wish:
Subscriptions:
6-MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION*: Access to the entire Video Library and all live broadcasts for the next six months.
12-MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION*: Access to the entire Video Library and all live broadcasts for the next twelve months.
Other options:
RENT A TITLE 72H: If you want to see one of the titles on our video library, select it through the integrated search bar and you will have access to the title for 72 hours.
LIVE TICKET: Select this option in case you want to have access to the next live broadcast that is scheduled.
4. The system will ask you to either log in if you already have an account, or to create a new one by entering your personal data and marking the box "ACCEPT PRIVACY CONDITIONS."
5. If you do not have any card stored, the system will guide you through the process of adding one, indicating the steps to follow.
6. Once the data has been entered, the payment will be executed. Your bank may send you an SMS to confirm the payment.
7. Once the process is done, the page will indicate it on your screen. You can enjoy My Opera Player now!
*My Opera Player is a service based on subscription, and yours will be automatically renewed every six or twelve months (depending on the plan). In order to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, enter the "MY INFORMATION" page and, at the bottom, you will find the cancellation button.
